Our casting plant consists of 12 high pressure die casting machines ranging from 160T to 800T and zinc die casting machines ranging from 20T to 200T. We cater for high and low volume aluminium & zinc pressure die casting orders. Our standardisation of plant machinery provides contingency for high volume supply as well as capacity, and with our in-house tool room we manufacture new tooling as well as offering a rapid tool conversion service to put into production any existing tooling which may require this. Various aluminium specifications such as A360. ADC12, A380 and zink alloy are often casted. We utilize CMM to make sure the graphit or copper electrodes and the cavities are machined according to the size requirements. Any deviation will be improved to make sure the steel have the right shape and size. After the parts casted and machined , we will offer you all diemension measurement report and compared with your assembly and functional results we will make improvements according to your comments. If machining is required for the casted parts , you need to provide the detailed 2D drawings for precise machining , the drawings have to show the location and the datum and the tolerance. Mold design, mold manufacture, casting,machining ,clearning,serface treatments,packing. Every step matters to acchive perfect parts. Porosities are not allowed after machining for some application and X-ray will be conducted .We cooperated with our suppliers to provide all kinds of surface treat such as wet paint and powder coating services ,chromate treatment prior to finishing coat,electrophoresis,In addition, through our suppllier network, we can also provide anodizing, as well as nickel and tin plating. In our quest to help our customers reduce costs, we can source auxiliary components through reputable local suppliers and provide in-house sub assembly work.
